I can’t understand you, it is enough to add at the beginning of the movie that you don’t take responsibility for exercising women and you wouldn’t have to explain and apologize to each exercise, I think that if you don’t want to do it, do not exercise. You speak the same about the advanced version as you finish the exercise, so why are you talking about it ?! you talk more than you practice for me, it makes no sense. I don’t do more because I want to practice and not to listen all the time
