  1. Don’t keep juice in the fridge!!! Fresh pressed juice begins to break down into sugars within an hour of being juiced! Please trust me I work at clean juice (organic juice bar)

    1. Jessica Brandis you are right. With cold pressed juicer, juice can be stored for 72 hrs in the freezer.

    2. I make enough for one a day per week. I store mine directly into the freezer. and take out in the morning and it is thawed in a couple of hours

  2. Great juice tips. Be careful on the coconut water you buy, it was recently on the News that a lot of brands had mold when the bottle was cut open.

  3. I like using a masticating juicer because it gives you more juice per pound of fruits and vegetables! Yes and smoothies are my fruit shake because it’s much more healthier than a milk shake!!!

    1. I so wish I had a masticating juicer! It wasn’t in my budget at the time but hoping for one soon! I love me some smoothies as well!!

  4. I am so grateful for this video cause I just got one…and your editing and all is ON POINT!!!! This video is genius

  5. I make my juices 2 times a week as I drink 1 everyday. I know they say don’t put juice in the fridge or no longer than 2 days and you should drink right away. Well, I’m a single dad and I work and I don’t have time to juice everyday. I honestly don’t think that a juice stored in a glass jar for up to 3 days or so will kill you; just saying. Thanks for the recipes btw!
