Definitely! Temple pose with the toners is a favorite. Mandy is just wonderful though – I never thought yoga was a real workout before her dvd.
I absolutely love all your videos, but this one is by far my favourite. I’ve never attempted yoga before so giving this ago I had no idea what it would be like, but these are truly impressive, I can really feel my body working out, my legs shake and I feel like I’ve worked out. Which is an awesome feeling!
