  1. FullyRawKristina

    1-2 ripe pineapples
    2 large thumbs ginger
    5 small thumbs turmeric
2 pink lady apples (or any apple of choice)
    1-2 stalks of celery
    Juice of 2 limes

    1. There are several factors in relieving pain quickly. One resource I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Mackyns Nature Guard (check it out on google) definately the most useful resource i’ve seen. look at all the interesting info .

  2. Ginger ANYTHING definitely helps with digestion, nausea and cramping– whenever I feel the symptoms, I swear by it!

  3. this sounds weird but could you do a video on compost?? like the best place to put a compost, how to make a compost, etc…

I love you so so much! watching your positivity has helped me recently, through the anniversary of my friend’s suicide

  5. This was so good! I love the combo of ananas and fennel in my juice, so i will try that next time. I follow you om snapchatπŸ˜‰ hugs from Trine in Norway

  6. I have been putting ginger and Tumerick in my smoothies for the past three months and it is amazing!

  7. Hi Kristina, I’ve been transitioning to a fully raw lifestyle and it has me a little “stopped up”. What are some things I can do to help move things along? Thank you for your time in making videos, reading, and responding to comments! Have a beautiful day! β˜€οΈ

  8. Turmeric is really really reaaaally good reducing bloating.. The classic remedy for reducing period symptoms is turmeric and tamarind to drink when you got your period. You can add pineapple juice or brown coconut sugar. Nothing complicated. And your skin would be fabulous too.

    1. Help Riza hariati….I TRY to take turmeric but I have huge problems with bloat and gas WITH turmeric. How can I get on the turmeric band wagon! I want the health benefits from it and I do have a need as I have poor digestion! I do juice green juices and carrot. Do I start out slow? Thanks

    2. @Pamela Noll If you are allergic to turmeric then I don’t recommend using this recipe. But if you just bloating, you can add ginger. The recipe for a glass of turmeric recipe is : Ground 1 thumb size turmeric, one thumb size ginger, a bit of tamarind and if you like it sweet add some coconut sugar or other sweetener. Boiled it with 1 1/2 cup of water until 1 cup left. Strain it and drink it. 2-3 times a week. Very good for your blood circulation and help with menstruation and tummy fat. But you also have to eat healthy!

    3. Thanks, and I figured I would start with a smaller amt and build up. I found turmeric to be spicy and gassy. Am I the only one? I do use ginger! I will try this! πŸ™‚

I do not understand how such a lovely, positive sunshiny person gets so much negativity about promoting such a healthy lifestyle. Leave her alone jesus. If you don’t agree then go make your own channel or write a blog or do some research, don’t be such keyboard warriors being so unnecessarily mean!

  11. I’m lovin these recipes, I’m learning and mostly important applying it to my daily routine. keep going.

  12. I like how positive and happy you are. Quite refreshing honestly, a lot of other people on Youtube come off as bitter and angry.

  13. Anyone checking the comments for an honest review: I have terrible stomach issues and an almost constantly upset stomach, and my digestive health is absolute trash. That being said I gave this recipe a try last night and I will admit it really does not taste all that great but I drank it anyway. I woke up this morning and my stomach bloat was 100% gone, which I wasn’t even expecting. I feel great. And I can vouch that this recipe certainly does help digestion. I will be drinking this regularly even though I’m not a fan of the taste because it has helped me so much in just one day
