    I drank celery juice on a empty stomach each morning for 2 months. I still followed my regular vegan lifestyle. I was losing weight weekly anyways as I am on a calorie deficit. My goal was to lose 1 1/2 a pound a week I am -63 pounds down it helps to detoxify your liver etc :). I now have celery juice twice a week instead of everyday it does alot of good for your insides. I would not say it’s the celery juice that has allowed me to release my weight. It’s a combination of things you still have to watch the rest of your diet x

      How many months did it take u to lose 63 pounds ? Was it 2 months or more? And did you excserise

      @Hotsausemami Chanel I have lost-67 pounds February 2020- February 2021 🙂 close to my goal weight now. Lost my first 50 pounds with diet alone being in a calorie deficit & smaller portion sizes. Consistency is key you got this. Now I have increased my exercise as I want to tone up now. Last few pounds are more harder to release it seems for me. You can do it!

  5. I will try this because celery is good for your blood pressure that’s why I eat it daily. But I will juice it because it is healthy. Thank you for sharing😘😘🥰🥰

  6. For everybody asking the question of if she ate any meals along with the drinking the celery juice, the answer is YES!! I scrolled through every single comment and finally found her answer. She said she drank the celery juice (12 ounces) in the morning on an EMPTY stomach and still had 3 MEALS A DAY (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Hope this helps 😉
