    Is there a brand of kettlebell you can recommend? What’s the one you’re using in the video? I’ve been looking at different ones online, but all seem to have mixed reviews.

  2. Hey Anna D !  I order mine from Dragon Door (www.dragondoor.com/shop-kettlebells) as they have authentic Russian kettlebells and in my opinion are the best quality.  You can get some good ones at Sports Stores and online, too, just make sure they are cast iron.  Hope this helps!

  5. interesting points ,if anyone else wants to uncover kettlebell exercises kettlebell workouts try Renkarter Bell Fitness Report (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy got excellent success with it.

  6. These are great exercises for someone who’s never really trained or exercised their body before. There are far more beneficial exercises that one can do using a kettlebell in that time frame. The exercises mentioned here apart from the kettlebell swing can all be done without a kettlebell. And that isn’t really justifying the use of a kettlebell for 10, 20 or 30 mins. Then again, you would only use a kettlebell for kettlebell-intended exercises for that long after gaining some experience using it.
