    Awesome workout! The metabolic boost section is really challenging, but once you get through it, the rest of the workout flies by 🙂

  2. Been trying to complete this workout for weeks. Only can do until half way. But today, guess what. I did it!! So proud of myself!!

    *update:* i did it!!! 😅 my fitbit says i burned 813 calories! i’m 293 lbs so that’s probably why it’s a lot higher.

    y’all. I started this feb 11th of 2019 and it is now March 21st 2019 and I have lost 12ish pounds so far. Wow. wow. I did this vid or the 45 min w Jeanette everyday 5 times a week and I feel AMAZING. Started at 157 lbs In december 2018, I am currently at 145 lbs! My goal is 140! I am soo close oh my. for reference I’m 5’7″

      @damu here mostly vegetables, made sure to keep lots of protein in each meal, fruit for dessert, cut down on carbs, and used a lot fo plant based/vegan recipes but still added some meat to the meal. chia pudding, smoothie bowls, chickpea soup, and wraps were my friend haha. check out the cookbook First mess its amazing

      @something for everyone k high impact! started slow in the beginning weeks and took breaks if I realy needed to but now I can do all the moves high impact

    3. Iv been doing popsugar videos the last 5 to 6 months, 5 days a WK. iv lost 24 lbs. Started at 137 now I’m 114. I feel better about myself. Some of the workouts are challenging but worth it. Keep it up 👍

    Today is my first day and I was only able to do up to 25 almost 26 minutes. Tomorrow I hope to at least get to 30 minutes

    UPDATE: I was finally able to do the whole work out!:D I feel so proud of myself:)
