  1. The music does not match the tempo of the workout at all. It’s distracting and really difficult to find a good rhythm.

  2. Doing this routine everyday since a week ago…hoping to see results soon 🙂 (even when I don’t feel like Beyonce at all! hahahaha)

How is she doing this in heels, makeup, non workout clothes, loose hair, and a necklace??? Wow girl, I am impressed.

    1. Yea i had the same, but just keep it up and results will be fantastic!! I was also doing this exercises together with some diet (just google: “kates fitness journey diet” if you want to find it :)) and i can recommend it to everyone. Results was awesome, and now i feel great. Good luck! 🙂

    2. @LoveTaylor39 Gave up on this routine months ago. I instead workout with fitnessblender.com. I got much better results from them. And as far as dieting goes, I ‘m too greedy lol. 🙂

    1. Shakeria Shepherd lol it’s a dance from a specific song but I think they can’t use the song because of copyrights

  4. this was cool – except for the music! It felt out of beat with what you guys were doing, would have been nice to have some actually beyonce style tunes! 😉

It really bothers me that the music doesn’t sync up with the pace of the routine. I had to stop after 2:41. It’s a great idea for a video, but the music needs to be loud enough to want to dance to and it needs to be in time with the moves in the work out.

I’ve lost 26 pounds doing this workout and watching my calorie intake! I’m so proud of myself❤️☺️

cool concept, but if you want to feel like beyonce, you should’ve played some beyonce! and to the beat because it was off. also, some moves favored one side of the body but didnt alternate sides
