BabyFit Postnatal Cardio 1 Workout— Get Moving Postpartum

This workout is for anyone after pregnancy (whether that was weeks ago or years ago) and will get the heart pumping with gentle yet effective moves. Designed for getting back into working out after having a baby, but good for anyone in the postpartum period, or those needing a lower impact, but effective cardio workout.

  1. I love how forgiving you are about exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. It’s hard to find that sweet spot between pushing yourself and overdoing it, especially when getting back into exercise. Seeing you struggle with the same and forgiving yourself is so reassuring.

  4. Glad to see you back Amy! And congratulations on your second baby. Loved your workouts when I was pregnant and now that my little one is 6 months old, I am slowly getting back to regular exercising. Thought I would do it sooner but some things just don’t go as planned:-) Love your new video!
