1 mango, diced
1 peach
1 banana
½ cup Silk Original Almond

Morning Glory

½ cup papaya
½ cup pineapple
1 kiwi, peeled
¼ tsp ginger, freshly grated
½ cup Silk Coconut


½ cup beets, peeled and steamed
1 cup strawberries
½ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup orange juice

Blueberry Bliss

1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp almond butter
1 banana
½ cup Silk Vanilla Almond

The Grape Beyond

½ cup green tea
½ avocado
1 cup green grapes
1 cup baby spinach or baby kale

  4. Thanks for the smoothie ideas. Make sure you use spotty bananas, that’s when they are ripe and so much more sweeter.

      Not really mine does that too it’s just that she shows that when its all blended and stuff just for scenery that why it’s go so smoothly because everything is already mushed lol
