Just Peachy Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Banana Cream Pie Smoothie
2 bananas
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Orange Creamsicle
1/2 cup orange juice
1 orange, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Sweet Potato Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup peeled and steamed sweet potato
1 banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Tropical Smoothie
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup diced papaya
Honey to taste (optional)

Not sure if I shared this already but one of my most favorite smoothies is; spinch, kale (a handful of both), 1 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 green apple, 1/2 pear, a little over 1/2 shotglass of ginger juice, and hemp or almond milk. It tastes like a candied ginger smoothie. You can also add vanilla protein powder. It’s just as yummy with or without it. =] ALSO!..1 frozen banana, 3-5 dates, plain tahini and almond milk. It’s sooooo good.

  3. I made the orange one!! But a basic version: 1cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1TBS vanilla extract, 1 blood orange 1/4 cup whole milk, 1TBS honey.

  4. I’m going to try your healthy smoothies from part 1 & 2. They looks so good. I want to start adding oatmeal to my smoothies so you have any videos with oatmeal smoothies. I also find a ground flaxseed & chia seed mix I want to also add in my smoothie. I’m an anemic so I do green smoothies to get my iron but I’m open to trying different recipes now.
