I use your kettlebell videos at least three times a week, and the bodyweight ones on the other days. Would you consider doing a foam rolling routine video? I’ve just starting trying to use one to deal with back pain issues and I’d love it if I had a video from you to work with. Thanks!

  3. It’s nice but i missed some exercise time waiting 10 to 20 seconds for the low impact version. The last jumping one made me feel like I was wasting time and couldn’t do anything since I’m in an apartment.
