5 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies — 1 For Each Day Of The Week

Monday — Yellow Smoothie
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger

Tuesday — Orange Smoothie
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 small orange, peeled and frozen
½ peach, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated

Wednesday — Red Smoothie
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen watermelon

Thursday — Purple Smoothie
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup cherries, pitted

Friday — Green Smoothie
½ cup orange juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ avocado, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled
1 handful of baby spinach

Add liquid to the blender first.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.

    •almond milk/oat drink/milk.
    •blend blend blend…
    •cook them whit coconut oil.
    •and for topping put some berries and peanut butter. Bon a pettit.

  2. Why are people so disgusted at the taste of veggies? I love when I can taste the veggies in my smoothies. I love veggies period.

    1. OMG tell me how to eat vege I really need nutritions in my body. Ughh the vege taste wants me to throw up

    But, these smoothies look so refreshing. I am headed to the grocery store today to get all the ingredients. Can’t wait till green smoothie Friday 💕😁😁

      I never did until a week ago. I was always so hungry and would binge eat bad foods. After I started eating good healthy breakfast I stopped eating as much throughout the day and I had so much energy. So I advise you eat breakfast

    1. Greek yogurt is perfectly fine to use. Some people are allergic or sensitive to soy. Juice is also fine in moderation.

      Guys, don’t worry, you don’t need to add coconut water or juice. Milk works with all of them! Same with water, but with water don’t put the smoothie in the fridge.. otherwise the water separates and it becomes kinda gross

  6. I’m not sure why this video has so many negative comments and thumbs downs? As a busy person I usually have toast, maybe eggs if I’ve made them ahead of time, and coffee on the go. I know I could definitely use some fruits and veggies in my routine. I appreciate your videos so much! I really need to prepare smoothies ahead of time. Thanks for the motivation!
