  3. I can’t wait until I get into shape and I can actually wear cute workout clothes like this, instead of hating how I look in any clothes and trying to cover up.

    1. Make this more about being healthy and fit, and not so much about being skinny. The weight will come off as an added bonus for all your efforts, but most importantly you will feel strong and be at your best. Good luck to you!

    2. That’s really sad if you think you aren’t allowed to feel cute and beautiful in your current shape. There are plenty of gorgeous normal and plus sized workout outfits available – don’t wait until a hazy future point in time where you MAY be “allowed” to wear them!

    3. I recommend that you work on your self esteem. You should not have to hate how you look, regardless of your size. You should have the confidence to feel beautiful in whatever size your are.

  5. I’ve consistently been doing Popsugar workouts for a couple weeks now. I’m already noticing my muscles tightening and my limbs and torso slimming down a bit. I push myself until I’m pouring sweat. THIS CHANNEL IS A GIFT. AAHH.

I can’t keep up with the moves when it starts going fast. the moving isn’t hard. it is just i never danced in my life and getting used to the moves and doing it that quickly is very hard for me. i just find myself jumpin all over the place trying to keep up the moves .. i don’t know what to do

    I’ve been doing body by Simone dance cardio for almost two weeks now, And its got so much easier.I remember the first day doing only 10mins(it was like 30mins) and I was done whoosh~~~ but then I got so much better at it. I’m loving this, my body loves this <3. Today I tried this Dance-Party Workout ahhh FEELS GREAT.
