35 Minute TRX & Kettlebell Circuit HIIT Workout for Fat Burning and Strength

This 35 minute workout alternates between using the TRX Suspension trainer and one Kettlebell in circuits using high intensity interval training. Your heart rate will get up for fat blasting cardio all while strengthening and toning your muscles. Options for all fitness levels.

  3. Did this workout this morning. Loved it!!!!! It was not monotonous at all with all the variety. Sometimes doing 3 sets of the same drill makes it mentally tiring so this was really energizing for me. Great combo with TRX and kettlebell.   6. Loved it!! Great use of both types of equipment. I wish there were more TRX and TRX combo workouts around 30 minutes. They are perfect on days I want to use my TRX instead of the other workouts I do.
