30-Minute Strong Legs and Core Workout

{Presented by Pronamel®} Take 30 minutes to build stronger legs and a more toned core. The first 20 minutes will focus on standing moves, like lunges and squats with rotation, to target your legs and activate your core. Cardio moves like sumo squat jumps and skaters will get your heart racing before the final floor circuit, which will focus on the booty.   2. I did this with my bf and he was pooped. I’m so proud of myself for keeping up with the moves. This one really kicked my butt

  3. Solid workout. Mostly glutes and hips with some abs and shoulders – don’t expect to isolate inner and outer thigh. Mostly toning moves but with some jump work. I’m an experienced exerciser but am currently at beginner/intermediate level. I found this doable but challenging, and very sweaty. 🙂

  4. This was so challenging but so fun and rewarding! I’m shaking and gonna be sore but I feel AMAZING! Even got my boyfriend to join me, and even though leg and general lower body workouts are his LEAST favorite, he admitted that this was really fun for him too! Thanks to everyone at Popsugarfitness for always providing such quality and fun workouts !!! ^.^

  5. I don’t know why but this made me sweat like crazy! Like I was legit dripping. That doesn’t usually happen when I workout but I like it!
