    1. That’s me where I work out. I’m dripping sweat, my face is as read as a tomato and gals come in with makeup and their hair done and look no different when they walk out 🙄🙄

  3. Ladies let us please never forget that this video can PAUSE. For those of you who need a little extra time in between breaks there is absolutely no need to feel guilty about not being able to push through in one consecutive integral. If you need to pause, just as I did, PAUSE. When you drink your water, catch your breath and get pumped up for the next round, GET IT.

    I started this yesterday and came back to it today. And guess what? There’s nothing wrong with it. In between the portion I did try out some other videos but quickly learned that even though I have zero rhythm the entire dance idea seemed a lot more intriguing and fun than basic exercises repeated over again. I will definitely keep the workouts on hand, but I will always know to return to this video with these amazing instructors. I got a late start to my 2019 Get-Fit year, but I’m going in and I’m gonna make it a habit and remind myself that I’m working towards a goal that CAN be achieved. Never forget that the more you go at it, the more stamina you build.
    We can all do this TOGETHER!

    Honestly is just me or when I get to the cool down part I get emotional because just the thought of accomplishing the work out to the end makes me feel great about myself and what I have done

    1. So unfit since having my babies. I only got halfway today 1st time and decided I needed to stop and do some weights for a bit. It was so hard! Back on it tomorrow…. Go as long as I can each time and hope I’ll soon be able to complete it in one go. I’ll be so happy when I get there!

  7. Y’all I’m really trying to be consistent. This is the first time I’ve done this workout and child I am super tired but I finished and I’m proud of myself.
    I’m 260 (aprox.) and only 16 so I need to lose weight! This time I’m serious! I’ll update this comment when I see improvement. Wish me luck !! Hell, pray for me if u can !!!

    2. @EatJin 24/7 me and you could do it!! I’ve been doing this workout since March and I’ve lost 20 pounds and I’m still trying to lose another 25-30 pounds

    3. @-deadrxses I honestly just tracked my calories. I’m only 13 going on 14 in last than 2 weeks so I’m not as “experienced” in a way so at first I didnt really know that I needed to have a calorie deficit until a couple of weeks ago. But I still managed to eat good: i made sure for dinner i ate only vegetables and some protein sometimes carbs. I honestly recommend using Lifesum because that’s what I’m using right now to track my calories and workouts. Right now I skip breakfast because I’m not usually hungry when I wake up but sometimes i am so to make sure, i sleep in to about 10am then I’m try9ng to incorporate some type of exercise like going on a 1 hour walk. Then I eat lunch at 12 and wait until 4 or 5 to eat my dinner so my food starts digesting before I workout (doing this video) at about 7-8 PM. I’m not saying you’ve got to do all of this. And in kinda surprised becauswhen I first started my “weightloss journey” I was in school (8th grade) and the school food is not healthy at all so I did eat at school but I was still able to lose some type of weight. To sum it all up calorie deficit is CRUCIAL for weightloss sp pleaseee count your calories I recommend that if you have ig follow iifymacademy, they have the best tips for weight loss, muscle gain, weight gain or weight maintenance. Sorry if this was wayyyy to long😭

  9. I did this workout for 4 days straight and I lost 3 pounds already. I’m going to keep doing it 6X a week and see how much I lose in a month. 🤞🏻

      Breakfast: blueberry, strawberry,mango, and spinach smoothie🥤

      Snack: sugar free granola bar

      Lunch: salad with strawberries and 🥗pickles ( sounds gross but delicious)

      Snack: veggie popsicle 🍡

      Dinner: roasted Brussel sprouts with sea salt and ground meat with cheese in a tortilla 🌮

      Snack : orange 🍊

  14. 1 like = 1 day of workout with no junk food. Please help out I need all the motivation I can get !! 💗 I will keep you guys updated after every week.

    First week ongoing: I am still not done this weeks but I only did it for 3 days I don’t think I will be able to finish for the next 4 days because of my period, but I am trying my best to not eat any sweets and a good amount of food !
