  2. I do not recommend this workout. I’ve done a lot of cardio dance workouts, and this one was way too difficult. Not because of the cardio intensity, but the instructor moves way too fast and doesn’t instruct very well. I did not enjoy this one at all, and wont be doing any other workouts by this instructor.

    1. I always have a little watch of videos to see if I’ll be able to do it first and just watching this my brain is already confused 😂 I’m so uncoordinated. It looks like fun but there’s no point in doing it if you’re not moving right, I can’t even work out what she’s doing half the time. Definitely one for me to skip

      the whole point is that this is what real dancing is like. you’re supposed to recognize the patterns so by the second or third repeat, you know what comes next. it’s challenging, but i wouldn’t bash it just because you couldn’t keep up

    3. Isabella Judge True but as a person who’s taken dance classes before, the teacher never just does the moves and expects you to completely get it just like that. The teacher goes through the moves one by one at first and then the whole class tries it. I think the instructor in the video should’ve went over the moves for a few minutes in the beginning of the vid. But eh it is what it is.

  3. I was a dancer growing up. I love cardio dance with my whole heart. But this video… no. The steps/choreo was fine but the instruction was not. She used the wrong right/left so we were all opposite of her mirror image. It was too fast and hard to follow. I was really hoping this would be another dance cardio I’d love to add to my rotation but I guess I’ll have to stick with the model fit one and the videos with Simone.

    2. I agree, it was hard to follow and im a former dancer too. It also needed more breaks cause it was basically 30 minutes of non stop moving, so this one is made for more advanced people i guess

  4. must be a horrible dancer and body stupid… I can’t keep up with these fast moves lol. It looks really fun though! I don’t know how the two girls follow up, did they learn in advance!!?? ^^;;

  6. Follows dance moves in the beginning, gets lost in the middle, makes up own dance moves, gets lost again….starts jumping around while flailing arms in the air.

    Ze perfect workout, non?

    1. I had the same problem, but I was embarrassed to say so until you did. I’m a big fan of PopSugar Fitness, and I’m decent at dance (I’m licensed as a Zumba instructor, and I’ve done some musical theatre), but I found this workout really hard to follow.

  8. I feel like this could have been a lot more fun and more of a workout, if I didn’t feel lost the entire time. Just a minute or two more breaking down the moves and giving the queues in mirror image, with a bit more lead-in time would be great. Thanks for your time and energy!
