    1. yeah I got into kpop right around when i need u came out, and from then on I started working out and eating right. I started from 153 and now I am 128.

    1. Yeah, but they call it 30 mins of dance workout… I kind of expected more dancing… Like 25 mins… And actual dancing like Zumba style or dancing… Not basic aerobics stuff.

  5. Tbh I hated the workout. It seemed unorganized and the instructor didn’t seem to know what he was doing- not to mention he acted a little condescending
