  1. Me encanta que suban videos de 30min o más! !! me encantó la rutina Muchas grax por el video y saludos desde México

  2. i tried this today. This is awesome. I love it. Please add more like this. Thank you for sharing it.

  3. I really liked this workout, with 1 complaint –   I think JJ forgot she was the instructor.  Very choppy, instruction to change moves, how many per side, when to change sides, qty on each side was not the same.  ?????

    1. Mte.. all her dance vids look fun.. bt i can never keep up as she doesnt tell us when to change and how many sets we shd be doing, i feel like a mess

I think it’s not easy to follow JJ because she goes from one move to other too fast Ana you do very good btw i couldn’t do this but it’s a fabolous workout.

  5. I think Anna did great. It’s important to challenge ourselves! If you honestly think she didn’t follow through very well, you should’ve seen me. I was terrible, haha. Just a little practice and I’ll get there.

  6. I gave this video 2 tries before commenting, because it is challenging for me in terms of the level of cardio and dance moves. The beauty in this particular workout is the room for improvement component, and I definitely got a lot better in between my 1st and 2nd go around. That is a more rewarding experience for my own personal practice! I love any dance videos!

  7. Great workout.  I like how Anna kept it real and was just like anyone else who walked into a dance studio by trying to keep up and not stopping.  Loved it.

Loved the routine, very good…but Id like if the instructor, btw, gives us instructions, it was hard to follow, she was doing her thing

  9. Michaela Lindgren

Very fun, I agree that instructions could have been a little clearer but I’m sweating like crazy and had a lot of fun, I’ll definitley come back to this one and hopefully I’ll learn the moves soon enough

    1. The music was good: Keep your body moving. Even when I fell behind on the moves, I was still moving. Very nice workout.

  10. I love this workout. It IS a challenge, but why is that bad? Was tough, but so much fun & I was dripping sweat by the end, ha. Great motivation to challenge ourselves in life, too 🙂

  11. This workout is mesmerizing, beautiful, amazing & hilarious!!!!! No offense intended by this comment…. but Anna’s moves are so “white!!!” 😆😆😆

  12. if your not blessed with boobs just buys some and move on don’t hate life’s  to short WOMEN!! smh…looking for some motivation workout this Sunday …make everyday a great one!! one love

  13. NO EXCUSES ♥︎ a Full Body Workout that can do whenever and wherever you like. You don’t need any equipment or weights!! Targets the muscles of your whole body and gives you a QUICK SWEAT!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
There are two 1min rests in between. Ff you need to pause longer – feel free to do so. If you don’t need a break – skip them!

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover. You can do this workout 2-3x a week and if you want to do be active on the other days: check out my Sixpack, Core & Booty Workout ♥︎ :watch it here https://wishes2.com/cKGL0
