  5. I’m a beginner who loves to dance and this workout was AMAZING. It didn’t even feel like I was working out, though I definitely felt the burn.

  6. This was fabulous! I was so bored of doing same old hiit, tabata, dumbbells, etc and just moving my body freely in ways I haven’t in a while felt wonderful, such a happy sweat. Selena was so encouraging and its always worth being reminded that how we feel in our bodies is more important, tapping into that joy. I appreciate seeing more inclusive models that represent real bodies and women of color. More dance workouts like this!
