  1. Where my Caribbean peeps at. I just wish they played actual Soca songs. A lil Machel something

  2. If you do this chillin, no you wonโ€™t sweat. BUT if you do it like you at carnival you will sweat TRUST!! You have to add your own flavor to it. She does need some soca artists for the music that would really get it going!!!๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡จ

    2. Myesha Williams Iโ€™ve never been to carnival, but I danced like I had been and I was sweating buckets. This was one of my favorite workouts ever on here!

@spiritkittykat carnival will change ya life! I had a natural high for three weeks straight after my first carnival lol. Nothing but good vibes.

Probably they won’t do the latest songs though because of copyright strikes. The video could be taken down, unless they will have remixed versions of the songs.

    2. Domonique Martin

After the first time i watch it and become familiar with the moves i put the video on mute and play my own music through a bluetooth speaker

  3. I have gained a bunch of extra weight with my current pregnancy and was feeling really down about my body today. This made laugh, smile, sweat and most importantly move!! Reminded my my body is not just for its looks ๐Ÿ˜‰

  4. omg i did this workout this morning and it makes you SWEAT!!! would like to see Caribbean dance workouts get as popular as Zumba workouts

  5. I’m a beginner who loves to dance and this workout was AMAZING. It didn’t even feel like I was working out, though I definitely felt the burn.

  6. This was fabulous! I was so bored of doing same old hiit, tabata, dumbbells, etc and just moving my body freely in ways I haven’t in a while felt wonderful, such a happy sweat. Selena was so encouraging and its always worth being reminded that how we feel in our bodies is more important, tapping into that joy. I appreciate seeing more inclusive models that represent real bodies and women of color. More dance workouts like this!
