  2. This is kind of my favorite workouts. I love dancing and party (ofcourse). These workouts are great for people that loves to dance.

I have to say, she is my FAVORITE and this so far is my favorite workout… cause she is fun, her moves are fun and not robotic, and the music, even though all are generic in these videos, she chose fun music and not just background music like other videos… and the 33 minutes go fast!!! I always look for new videos but I end up sticking to this one… I LOVE YOU NICOLE!!!! do more!!! thanks!

  6. I have been working out my entire life (swimming, running, weight lifting, aerobics, yoga, pilates…etc) and this was the MOST FUN I have ever had πŸ˜„!!! I was smiling and laughing and going yeah yeah yeah all the way through, you three were so much fun to exercise with, I felt like I was dancing with my girlfriends πŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎ!!!
