  1. This was fantastic! I’m a horrible dancer but you made it simple by breakdown and repetition and I had so much fun and definitely got an awesome cardio workout.

  2. Honestly I thought this would be another dance cardio workout where I won’t be able to perform maximum moves and gonna left behind steps. But this is instructor is killer. Moves were easier, cardio is about getting heart rate higher not doing difficult moves. I loved that instructor gave names to each n every steps which helped greatly to follow workout. Had to stop in between to catch up my breath. Yayayy for instructor! 😍

  3. I really like how this dance cardio is easy to follow yet high intensity so I really feel I worked hard!
    Thank you for breaking down the steps with verbal cues to keep us in tune of the next step so we can follow along really well. Really enjoy the intention that both sides of the body are utilised, unlike many videos which tend to only focus on the right side of our body.
    Hope to see more of such cardio dance videos like this! Would really love to see a ballet or barre dance workout soon!!

    Omg this was such a fun workout….5 months ago i started my fitness journey and i started working out. It was always hard for me to go to the gym because it just wasnt fun for me but i still did it and lost the weight and rn that im in the weight im comftable with its hard to find motivation to go to the gym but I just discovered this workout and it made working out soo fun…..sorry i kinda went on a rant but thank you if you read it❤
