  1. I’ll be doing this.. I survived cancer twice and lost half my face to amputation.. a tumor destroyed my jaw and changed everything.. I was labeled a freak. I decided to start over, travel South America and start a youtube channel to inspire others who feel ugly and not good enough for this world..   6. I just did this. Wow it was really hard to follow, thank god I don’t have a mirror to see myself in. But I liked it. Also it really got my heart rate up, didn’t expect that.

    1. Well, if one practice it often it does work on abs really well. I know since I’ve met some pro dancers in my city. Dancing only belly dance. Great abs, very small waist and great sense of balance. Were able to mve gracefully for over an hour long show in a narrow space of one one club. If I recall well they were performig 2-3 times a week during weekend, having regular workout 3 times a week plus some at home alone work on choreography and such. So it looks easy and graceful but if done well and frequently it is a decent abs workout. One of those girls literally had a six pack and never had done anything else but this since she hated gym but loved this dance due to fascination with the culture. It was has sole and only workout/form of physical activity. And she did look like an athlete.

  8. i did this dance exercise and now have tendonitis in both my legs that keeps coming back and am currently hobbling around my home weeks later. be very careful to build up very slowly with the jumping on your toes if you are going to do this video

    In your manner …it not take more than 6 months u mix bet.muscle exercises and belly dance movements
