    1. Would love to try adding quinoa to the tropical smoothie but the link in this video seems to be dead from the website update. Any chance of fixing it soon before the summer ends?

  1. I love that you do healthy foods, without going full-health nut in overdrive . 🙂
Often I see those people taking a lot of misguided turns. Thinking that if a cereal bar has the text ‘healthy’ on it, it suddenly means there are no calories and all they eat are prefabricated foods.

Thanks Joy. I’m a big believer that healthy doesn’t necessarily mean all sorts of strange specialty foods. Just good, simple, real food. Thank you so much for watching!

These all look amazing! My mum recently bought a nutri bullet and we’ve been trying out lots of smoothie recipes but I havent found one which has spinach which I like so I’ll definitely try the one with the berries with spinach as it actually does sound (and look) delicious! So thank yous both for sharing 🙂

  3. Using cooked quinoa in a smoothie is such a great tip! Thanks for this, looking forward to trying it. Great collaboration!

@Abel & Cole Thank you so much!! I LOVE @Mind Over Munch and the idea of adding cooked quinoa to a smoothie was simply genius 🙂
