    1. anitha hari If you are pregnate, it would be best for you to do some yoga for example, by this I mean low impact exercices (that can help you with pregnancy pain or even help you get stronger for the process of giving birth). When your pregnancy is more advanced it’s recommended to rest and avoid exposing yourself to situations where a lot of efford and strength are needed
