PERFECT timing! I was just planning my meal prep for next week and I had smoothie bowls in mind!

  2. I just Love u. U always make my day. I am fasting for the month of Ramdan. One of these bowls will be my Sehri (Meal before Sunrise) tomorrow inshaaAllah. A very Happy Ramadan to everyone 😊. Lots of Blessings ♡

  3. Thanks for your recipes !
I have a question about protein powder (not just in this specific smoothie) as I see it coming up often in smoothies recipes (all over the internet).
It’s not a product I am familiar with and it’s the kind of things that aren’t used often in my country (except for very sporty people), and I’d rather not take dietary supplements if I haven’t been advised before by a doctor (also, I am not sporty at all, and have a sedentary job/way of life).
So what is the exact purpose of it in the recipes aside from adding protein to the mix? Can I replace it with something (even a combination of more “basic” ingredients). For example, if I put chia seeds as a topping, and a little vanilla extract, would it have the same kind of “filling” effect ?

pumpkin tastes really good in smoothie bowls. Top it with pecans, almonds, toasted oats, and spices
