This 15 minute workout strengthens your core muscles to prepare you for labor and delivery, in a gentle yet effective way that's safe for pregnancy. Designed for the second trimester, but good for any trimester of pregnancy. Options for all fitness levels.

Please make sure you have been cleared by a doctor for exercise during pregnancy before you do this, or any other workout.

  1. Oh Amy. I worked out with you during my 1st pregnancy. Like you I had a csection. I am nowhere as fit as you are, even now. Im trying to get back into a fitness routine and thought about you. You are an inspiration! Congrats on the baby bump!! It definitely shows more the 2nd time around 🙂
