  1. Hey, congratulations Amy! I didn’t know you were expecting again. I did your workouts last year throughout my pregnancy every day and i always enjoyed it. I’m trying to lose the last 2-3 inches off my waist since the last few months, but I’m stuck with a mommy belly. Can you suggest anything?

    1. Hi there, thought I could try to help as well, I have 3 babies 5, 3 and 1 and how I get rid of the mommy tummy is to first make sure I close the gap between my tranverse abdominis muscles that forms due to the extension of the belly. Getting these muscles back is the secret to getting rid of it. Otherwise if you do not close them you may develop a condition called diastasis recti that will give you a permanent mommy pouch. Here are the exercises I always did to close it: https://youtu.be/7tAUWs5bfwQ

    2. You are most welcome and I believe the mommy pouch will be gone😘😘

  2. I just discovered your kettlebell videos from earlier and I just saw this!! Congratulations! You look so great!

  3. I love your videos! And, the “music” was really annoying in this one, and it would have been better with just none. (The last part sounded like you were in an 80s video game.) <3

  4. I have been watching your videos and love the workouts but I agree that the music is too loud, I cannot hear you well over it and I like to hear the person so it feels like they are in the room coaching me. Please fix the volume on all your prenatal workouts.

  5. Very nice workouts and vidios: not boring or too long or short as usaully some vidios with owrkouts are. Just what I need. I really enjoy do the sport with you during my pregnancy. Thank you so much! Good luck!
