loved this – very creative way to do cardio relatively quietly (minus the burpees) for apartment dwellers like myself! would love to see more of these in the future!

  6. This workout really kicked my butt, I wanted to give up so many times but I said if a 7 months pregnant lady can do it, so can I. Thank you!

  7. Hi, iā€™m just starting to exercise after a long absence & even though iā€™m still overweight I was able to do this workout. I just wanted to say thanks & I subscribed šŸ˜Š

  8. I thought at the end when you said “burpees”- “Are you kidding me??” But it was so good! Great push at the end!

  9. Howdy great dumbbell work out! I kinda have a good idea which of these exercises i want to do but would prefer to run it by you or anyone that can answer… I want to work a bit more on legs and core with the cardio and also avoid back risking, trickier movements that make me annoyingly posture/foot conscious even though I don’t really have a back or feet problem but a possible posture problem. I like the look of the basic woodchop, knee raises, weighted jumping jacks and to some extent the tap out and reaches. When I go to the gym my favourite cardio training is the exercise bike and doing uphill treadmill fast walking. The exercise bike allows me to do intervals of light and hard resistance so that I can tap out while still getting a lighter workout without worrying about foot/back posture because low impact and basic movement, so I want that sort of exercise with weights but happy to have a bit of extra movement complexity and impact, just not too much. Thanks and great video
