    1. Haha week 26 and I’m also just starting this and could only do half today (1st time). Already gained 10kg so I really need this workout since I gained 28kg my 1st and 35kg my 2nd pregnancy, I really don’t want to gain that much again, since this time my starting weight is way higher than my last two pregnancies! Hope this helps! How did all of ya´lls rest of pregnancy and birth go after starting this and how often did you do this exercise?

      22 weeks and starting tomorrow…I was already fit and in very good shape before I got pregnant, but my doctor advised me not to do anything more than walking (I am 37 years old, and he says it could lead to miscarriage) I´ve been dying to work out and I can wait any longer. Gonna start slow, but consistently

  5. I’ve been doing your workouts since I was 10 weeks pregnant and now I am at 40 weeks and still going strong. I’ve actually found myself becoming stronger than when I started, building up endurance while pregnant which I was not expecting at all! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos and creating a healthy guideline for us to base our own fitness goals around.

    Enjoyed this a lot–got heart rate up and some good muscle soreness but did not feel too winded or uncomfortable. Loved the modifications offered to tailor this to exactly where you’re at on any given day.
