25 Minute Kettlebell Tabata Workout for Fat Burning and Strength

This 25 minute workout uses kettlebell exercises in a Tabata format (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 minute rounds) to work the entire body while keeping the heart rate up. Options for all fitness levels.

  3. You’re AWESOME AMY!!!!! I just LOVE your workouts!!! I’ve been doing them 5 days a week for a little over 3 weeks now (your kettlebell workouts) and I’ve been loosing so much weight! This one, by far, is the TOUGHEST of them all…., at least it was for me. I’m dripping in sweat right now! I’m so grateful to be able to do these via YouTube in MY livingroom!     1. +mssteph817 Great Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you tried – Chireetler Kettlebell Miracle Rule (do a google search)? It is a good one of a kind product for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts without the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend Sam at very last got excellent success with it.

    At first I was like “20 seconds is not that bad, this is easy”, and then I was all “Ahhhhhhhaaaaaaa”…very deceiving. lol

  6. When I bougth the kettlebell a year ago, I was sceptical (like it’s somethin for guys, am I gonna like it and so on). Now I see it was a perfect decision.

Amy I have to say that as a fully qualified Personal Trainer and a qualified Group Exercise Fitness Professional that your workouts are challenging, engaging, not overly complicated and guaranteed to give anyone at any fitness level a full and complete full body workout. I love your videos, when I am short on time (I weight train 80% of the time) these videos are life savers. Keep up the good work gorgeous. By the way I SWEAR you got more evil in your workouts when you were pregnant, you are nothing short of a machine!!! Amber xxx

  8. Enjoyed this workout, though I had hoped the ten seconds in between was truly 10 seconds, at one point there wasn’t but a pause, other than that, thanks for the video!!
