Amy I really LOVE your workouts….. I’m not into these “bouncing” fitness videos…. I much prefer weight and resistance type workouts. You are so motivating…. I did this workout once few months ago. Today is the second time but with a twice as heavy kettlebell than before. The intensivity is defintely higher.
