    Amy I really LOVE your workouts….. I’m not into these “bouncing” fitness videos…. I much prefer weight and resistance type workouts. You are so motivating…. I never feel inadequate when I train with you… although you are gorgeous you never come across as being full of yourself and I really love it when you sound as if you’re finding it hard too… tells me you’re human lol

  5. I did this workout once few months ago. Today is the second time but with a twice as heavy kettlebell than before. The intensivity is defintely higher.
