  1. Amy you are such a beautiful pregnant mama! Question: how many calories would you say this workout would burn for an average woman? (5’4″ and 125 lbs)? I keep getting conflicting info on different apps, I figured you would have a better idea. Thanks for all the awesome videos!

It is a good one off guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy at very last got astronomical success with it
