This 25 minute workout uses two kettlebells (they do NOT have to be the same weights) to sculpt and tone your full body, all while keeping your heart pumping for fat blasting cardio. Each move will feature two sets, so you'll have the option to switch your kettlebells if they are different weights. Options for one kettlebell and all fitness levels provided.

Oh, this was a fun one, Amy!!Β I did this workout yesterday andΒ used 10# & 15# k-bells for this and WOW–what a challenge!!Β I think I was more off-balance using two k-bells, than just using one! LOL π πΒ Core was burning trying to keep good posture and balance and everything is just a little bit sore today!!Β Thank You soooo much for your GREAT workouts!!Β I’ve dropped 28# total so far, with your workouts–I started working out with you in late Jan early Feb and I’m in the best shape ever at 48!! π πΒ I went from a tight size 12 down to a size 6 (just bought my first pair of size 6 capri jeans!!), all thanks to you, Amy!!!Β Love You!!!Β XOXO-Shari
Whoo hoo!!! Love this new video. So Creative, pushed me really hard in so short a time but yet doable with only a mini stop in between.
