  1. I love this TRX workout, I think that I’m going to try it in the gym tonight. I’ve had a membership for almost two years and I’ve only been once but I’ve recently lost 38 pounds and I’m feeling confident, I hope.

      It was a special trainer TRX released a few years ago for breast cancer awareness. Unfortunately don’t think they sell it anymore.

  2. I went to the gym last night and did this workout, and I’m really sore, ouch! I didn’t think that I would be, but my triceps, biceps, quads, hamstrings and butt are really sore, great workout.
