WOWIE! This was a challenging KB workout to start the workout month with, WHEW! Gosh, another one of your GREAT KB workouts that I’m just now getting to and this one is a good one! I switched off between my 15# and 20# kettlebells to challenge myself and keep my body guessing. You looked Fantastic during your first pregnancy–But look at you now!
