  1. I lost 25 punds doing popsugar fitness workouts 5 times a week. I walk my dogs 30 minutes and then do a 20-45 minute popsugar video and it has changed my life. I love her and her videos sooooo much. I promise you one video a day can change your life !

      to let everyone know, you can lose 1 to 1.5 lb per week to healthily lose weight while eating healthier and following a good work out regimen. Losing weight too quickly can lead to low immunity and hair loss. (That happened to me because I became to extreme. ) change your lifestyle to have more energy and to feel better. Don’t do it just to lose major weight.

    this lady used to be a badass international karate athlete(so was her husband, who is also a strong by zumba master trainer).

    1. I knew it!!! I could tell she had legit fight training by the way she twisted her hips and threw her punches, just never took the time to look her up. As a former semi pro fighter this makes me that much more excited to try this workout

  3. I absolutely love how they do a modified version. People are in different points within their journey and some can not do the same intensity of other even while pushing themselves. This gives everyone a change to enjoy this workout routine !! ❤️❤️

    1. I agree, in my case I have to do the modified version because I have a bad back, so it’s nice to still be able to do a full intense workout.

  8. Holy … 😰 Im at the moment lying on the floor, completely soaked, tired, unable to move and i can see a spider (which i have a fobia for) but i am way to tired to even move 😓😱🤯😨😰😩 However, great workout, not sure how to do this for 1 hour…. 🤣 👍🏻💪🏻

  9. Omg at my pick I can do the whole 60 minutes and do a Zumba class after but I haven’t been going to the gym and this killed me right now
