Awww, I love the baby interruption! This is real life!!! Love your videos–I use them every day. PS: What kind of shoes do you wear?

  2. Your moves are the best I’ve done. Gets me every single time no matter how many times ive done them. not that many jumps and yet all my muscles know I’ve worked out… Thank you

  3. Thank you for such a great workout!
I want to know what you eat in a day to stay in such good shape after your baby?

I just bought the kettle bell recently. Its only 5 lbs. I used to be a body builder when I was younger but in recent years I have dealt Cancer and R.A. The Cancer is in remission but the R.A. make it hard to do Yoga because the pressure on my wrists and finger joints hurts too much. Also I am having knee and shoulder issues. I only bring this up because I did your workout today. I loved it! Prior to this one I did your 15 minute arms workout. So I am feeling great. This is the best (2) workouts that I have had in a few years. My joints did not give me much issue. It’s easier for me to workout with the kettlebell than it is dumbbells now.

Thank you for your videos. Glad I found you today.

  5. Awesome work out, thank you Amy. These 20 minute workouts are just enough for me and I feel it working. Great to focus on upper body especially when my legs are sore from yesterdays lower body workout πŸ™‚

  6. Its amazing I’m doing this around 2-3 times a week and I can see my arms slimming down. I even have muscles showing now. Going to continue doing this. Thank you!!!

  7. This is a great work out, challenging, but not too difficult. I love that you give options/variations for movements.

  8. Thank you for not editing out that crying baby. This was my first kettlebell workout since having my first kid, and it was inspiring to know that being a mom doesn’t have to mean being flabby. Looking forward to carrying that baby seat with ease!

  9. I’m almost 17 weeks pregnant and have really bad back pain so limited to movements I can do, this was a really nice way to exercise without exerting myself too much! I modified the lying down move at the end by propping some pillows beneath my back so I wasn’t lying completely flat, and get my feet planted on the floor to avoid putting pressure on my back. Thanks for sharing πŸ™‚
