Exercises feature safe yet effective moves with different options depending on your fitness level. Get your heart pumping just enough while strengthening all your muscles and preparing for delivery.   5. I’ve never watched a workout video that I really liked but I loved this. I was going to heated yoga classes several times a week before finding out I was pregnant. Since then I have been struggling to find a workout that really satisfied my need to be active without being too high intensity and you’re video was that perfect balance. So glad I found your page!
