I have been doing Strength and Cardio HIIT Workout and 30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout and I love them, will do this tonight, I like the modification for beginners, makes my workouts easier when I get tired while doing advanced workouts, thanks a lot Amyโผ๏ธ
