    I’m 5 months pregnant and this workout has been a lifesaver for when I have limited time, but when I do have the time for a good prenatal sweat sesh, I just do 4 rounds of the circuit, and it’s really a great cardio workout. Thanks for posting!!

  7. Thanks for another great video Amy! I did this workout in my 3rd trimester (39 weeks!) and modified it by going slower or doing the low-impact version you provided. I never worked out at home but during pregnancy your videos have been the best option for me to keep active since I haven’t felt like racing to beat the gym crowd or lifting weights.

    My 1st trimester was really bad. I couldnโ€™t move. Morning sickness was bad and I feel lazy. But now Iโ€™m on my 2nd trimester I think I can back on working out again. Iโ€™m gonna do this tom. Goodluck to me.
