    youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my cousin
    follow it, and finally lost crazy amounts of weight with it without
    starving herself. I’m persuaded. You should not take my word for it,
    search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on the internet.

Total Cardio Oh My!!  FAB workout Amy!!  And again, totally impressed with you being 7 months pregnant and working hard!!  I just did this workout for the first time and it’s GREAT!!  The sprinter moves are new ones to me and I LOVED them!  I’ll be using this workout with some of your shorter, focused TRX workouts (ab/butt/arms, etc) so I can burn, burn burn off the fat!!  Thanks soooo much, Amy!!  XOXO-Shari

  4. I really enjoyed the variation of movements in this video. Although I appreciate the one legged squat and lunge, it was nice to have a workout that didn’t incorporate those movements. What a sweat! Thanks, Amy!
