    shoulder roll

    wieghted oblique side bend (2x on each side)
    modified crunch
    trailing toes/bicycle
    side plank
    table top
    arm/leg raise

    cool down-
    child’s pose
    side reach
    forward back stretch

  7. Amy, it would be so great if you could make a video with exercises for pregnant women with SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction). I was exercising with your videos regularly and feeling great until I hit about 27 weeks. I started feeling pain in my pelvic area and most exercises that separate the legs aggravate that pain. I haven’t found any exercise routines designed for this issue and it’s quite sad to give up exercising after seeing the benefits.
