      +Mariëlle Boon I do different Video Workouts from Amy. 4 – 6 Times a Week. I don’t have a particular workout or exercise. The key to success is to switch up the workouts.

It is an awesome one off guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend after many years got amazing results with it.

    I’ve been doing your workouts now for a few weeks, and I’ve been losing a good and steady amount of inches. I used to be 18 stone, and I lost four stone from just changing my diet. I want to lose more weight, but tone up, and your videos are absolutely fabulous for that. I just want to say thank you so much for your expertise and the time you put in to make these videos. I used to absolutely detest working out, but now I enjoy it and I’m consistent with it. The fact that your videos are so great and have actually brought results is the biggest reason why I work out!   3. I love these workouts! I am a 45 year old truck driver who has been eating all the wrong food and not getting enough exercise. Doing kettlebell exercises are perfect for when I am on the road. I have started a regular walking regimen as well. Thank you for the awesome videos !!!

My legs are still sore from Monday’s leg day 🙂 My whole body is sore from what you did to me all week long 🙂 Today’s kettlebell workouts are a Great way to end the week–I chose the kb workouts and added on my fav kb love handles workout to really focus attention on my abs. Thank goodness for the weekend ‘rest’ days 🙂 XO-S
