I stumbled across Amy’s workouts whilst looking for a kettle-bell and TRX workout. I have been eating healthy and working out twice a day for 8 weeks and my body has had a fantastic transformation, at the age of 49 years old it just shows you it’s never too late. Thank you Amy , I’m looking forward to training with more of your videos 😀.

  4. I don’t know if Amy answers comments at all or not, so if anyone feels that they know the answer to this, feel free!

At around 5:10-5:14, you’re talking about it being fine to either do those with the kettle bell in one hand or two hands, and then you mention being weaker on one side. Are you saying if a person is weaker on one side, it’s better to use one hand or both?

    1. Maybe your Kettle Bell is too heavy? I would go down a pound, just be careful not to strain a muscle. =)
