Suitable for all trimesters! This 15 minute workout features legs and butt exercises to strengthen and sculpt your lower body during pregnancy. Exercises can be done with no equipment, or optional dumbbells and a chair for balance. Options for all fitness levels.

The day I delivered was probably the most in shape I had ever been!
