15 Minute First Trimester Prenatal Arms Workout—Safe Upper Body Pregnancy Exercises

This 15 minute workout uses one set of dumbbells and a mat to strengthen and tone your arms and back safely and effectively during pregnancy. This workout is specific to the first trimester but good for 2nd and 3rd trimesters as well. Options for all fitness levels.

As always, please make sure you have doctor's clearance for exercise during pregnancy before doing this or any other workout.

    If we want to lose a bit of weight safely while pregnant, would 30 mins of cardio, say plus a workout like this do it?

      Burcu Tutcuoglu it’s all depends on your body , I’m Japanese so I got 1.5kg for each . I got 3kg each before , too intense for me 🙂
