14 Minute Postnatal Arms and Back Workout—-Strengthen and tone arms after pregnancy

This quick 14 minute workout uses just a set of dumbbells to sculpt and tighten your arms and back after pregnancy. As new moms, we are doing so much holding, lifting, carrying, rocking, and soothing the baby, it's important to keep those muscles strong and healthy. This workout not only helps strengthen, but helps alleviate pain and tightness, all while getting your upper body back in shape after baby!

  1. Oh my goodness. My back has been SO sore lately!!! I’m up pumping and watching this… I know it’s going to help and can’t wait to try it?

My baby is 2 months old. I have to do this! Have you thought of doing a total post natal short Work out? Id love that!!!

    1. Cie BV I think as long as your doctor has cleared you for exercise, it is safe. I am three months pp, having had 2 c-sections, and it’s been great for me. Amy also had a c-section.

  3. Hi Amy, I love your workouts! Are you looking to produce anymore for post natal? Or can you advise what would be the next step for me in terms of your other videos. I’m 12 weeks since the birth. Many thanks x

    1. Congrats! If you’re feeling good and getting stronger, it’s fine to advance to other workouts that aren’t specifically postnatal. Check out my full body dumbbell or bodyweight ones, and just modify if needed 🙂

  4. I love all of these post natal videos. My body isn’t ready to do any hard core workouts yet so I like these to ease into it. I’m going to do them for another week before I start regular work outs
