      @shapeurmind the start of my workout is 10 minutes on the elliptical, then about 35 for the kettlebell, and another 20-25 doing weights! 

    2. Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried – Chireetler Kettlebell Miracle Rule (do a google search)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend after many years got amazing success with it.

  4. I bought a 2 kettlebells from TjMax for 10 bucks each for my wife and I. I’m a stay at home dude, and I do this 2x in a row, and I can’t believe how sweaty I get from it! My iWatch says my heart rate is 130 average. Not bad! Thanks!
